The Golden Glimmer specialises in cultivating (bar) culture. Freely adapted from Hemmingway: "If you want to know a culture spend a night in its bars", the makers approach the season with their ingredients and the classics with their own twist. The Golden Gimlet with gin, Cointreau and bitter orange, for example, is wonderfully citrusy.
