Maurizio Zanella is the charismatic and convivial founder and chairman of Ca' del Bosco, one of the star producers of Franciacorta. He also is the former chairman of the Franciacorta Consorzio and has done much to establish this sparkling wine as one of Italy's finest traditional method sparkling wines.
