There are indeed places in Dubai in summer where it can get freezing cold. And you need gloves, a parka and closed shoes. Luckily, you can get this equipment at the entrance to the Chillout Ice Lounge im Times Square Center. At -6 degrees you can enjoy drinks, snacks and hot meals, while energy-intensive air conditioning units work at full speed to ensure that the magic in the hot desert sun doesn't melt away again.
