Spacious living areas, private pools with garden and personal host: in the new Falkensteiner premium vacation homes in Punta Skala, guests wishes come true.
Five new luxury villas will be available to guests in Punta Skala, Croatia, starting this summer. The latest project of the Falkensteiner Michaeler Tourism Group (FMTG) is about to open.
Each of the premium vacation homes covers an area of 200 square meters with a private Mediterranean garden, a heated swimming pool and its own host, who is available to guests at all times.
The villas were designed by Labvert Architecture & Design in Vienna, and the interiors by Bea Interiors Design. The design reflects the Mediterranean influences of the surroundings.
The color scheme and choice of materials pick up on Dalmatian architecture, and each villa also has a pergola overlooking the islands of the Zadar archipelago.
The villas are suitable for family vacations, as well as for a stay with friends. Guests can make use of a fully equipped kitchen, and the living rooms can accommodate up to seven people each.
Bedrooms have private bathrooms, the heated 40 square meter pool in its own garden, provides enough privacy.
Nevertheless, guests do not have to do without hotel amenities. Services such as dogsitting, babysitting, personal training, but also rental services for cars, boats and various sports equipment are available.
The private host will take care of organizing private excursions in the area, dinners with your own chef or spa treatments directly in the villas.
Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner der Privat-Häuser können darüber hinaus auch jederzeit die Angebote des Falkensteiner Resorts Punta Skala nutzen: Die zwei Hotels bieten mehrere Restaurants, darunter das vegane “Tian Bistro” von Sternekoch Paul Ivić, sowie einen 6.000 Quadratmeter großen Acquapura SPA inklusive Hammam und Panorama-Sauna.
Das familienzentrierte SPA bietet zudem vielfältige Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten an, darunter das “Falky Land” inklusive Valo Jump, Outdoor-Kletterwand, Kino, Playmobil-Bereich und Science-Labs.
Since 2021, FMTG has been focusing on modernizing and expanding its Punta Skala resort in Zadar, Croatia. After the reopening of the five-star family hotel Diadora, the portfolio will be expanded this year by five luxury villas.
