FULL MOON SINGING BOWL MEDITATION AT THE NAUTILUS MALDIVES
Enjoy relaxation, freedom and tranquility.
Full moon singing bowl meditation is offered every two months at The Nautilus Maldives Resort. In the resort's overwater yoga pavilion, pranayama yoga - a yoga technique based on breathing exercises - is combined with singing bowl meditation. The vibrations of the singing bowls release spiritual blockages, supported by the energy of the full moon.
Meditation with crystal singing bowls at full moon
The Bohemian Hideaway The Nautilus Maldives invites guests on a spiritual journey to relaxation, freedom and inner peace. With the help of the crystal singing bowls and the energy released during the full moon, body and mind are cleansed and blockages are released. The singing bowls help relieve tension and the crystals have a healing effect. The meditation ritual is complemented by the yoga practice of pranayama to achieve optimal relaxation. Pranayama is concerned with bringing body and mind together through breathing exercises.
