The Inselzeit voucher is the ideal gift for all Sylt fans who are already planning their next holiday.
One island, one voucher, many possibilities: The new Inselzeit voucher from Sylt Marketing Gesellschaft (SMG) has been available online since the beginning of December. The special thing about it: The recipient decides for themselves what they want to spend the value of the voucher on. There are many possibilities, because the SMG has so far been able to attract around 40 partner companies across the island to the project - and the list of collection points is getting longer and longer.
Participants so far include Voss Sylt, Söl'ring Hof, Bonscherei in Rantum, Café Lund in Hörnum, Wyn Strandhotel Westerland, Café Ingwersen, Hotel Stadt Hamburg, the Sylt teahouse Teekula, Adler Schiffe and SVG, the Sylt ferry and many more. The voucher can be redeemed at all participating establishments and can even be split. This means that the The recipient chooses whether the voucher is redeemed all at once or divided into several installments. With just one voucher, you can buy breakfast at Mateika, a tour on the bikes from M&M bike hire and dinner at the Altes Zollhaus without having to pull out your own wallet.
"Sylt offers a wide range of options with its retail offering, numerous restaurants and cafes, as well as leisure activities and service providers, all of which are combined in the Inselzeit voucher"says SMG managing director Moritz Luft. In addition, he says, it is the ideal gift for anyone who loves Sylt and is already planning their next holiday, as well as anyone who lives on the island. "Who is looking for a gift, makes someone with it certainly a great pleasure and supports the local players at the same time."
This is how it works: From six different designs by illustrator Pia Opfermann, three with Sylt motifs and three with seasonal motifs, the buyer first chooses their favorite design. Then they choose their desired amount between 25 and 250 euros and pay by Visa, Mastercard or Paypal. A greeting message can be left for the recipient and finally the voucher is simply printed out as a PDF on your own printer - or sent by email or WhatsApp.
