With an expanded gastronomic offer and newly designed rooms, the luxury hotel once again delights its guests!

The Constance Hotel in Mauritius used the break caused by the coronavirus to carry out some modernization work. One of the biggest projects was the redesign of the main restaurant "La Citronelle". In time for the reopening for international travellers, the Constance Belle Mare Plage now welcomes guests again.

Novelties in the main restaurant "La Citronelle"

The general manager of the resort, Gert Puchtler, says that it is Their aim was to make their lifestyle restaurant more creative, interactive and at the same time the most extensive and high-quality buffet on the island. A live cooking area now provides culinary experiences at "La Citronelle". In addition, a boulangerie patisserie, a bistro corner and a state-of-the-art buffet area round off the gastronomic offering of the five-star restaurant.

Maximum comfort at Belle Mare Plage

The lavishly redesigned rooms at Constance Belle Mare Plage are another highlight. The management invested a total of around 6.5 million euros in the renovation of the 104 prestige rooms. "We are sure that our bright and spacious Prestige rooms with their new look will be very well received by guests", says Samuel Pellegrini, Resident Manager of the resort.
