Qatar Airways is expanding its presence in Egypt and the Middle East. Since October 1, the airline has begun offering its passengers four flights a week between Doha and Medina, with three daily flights to Cairo again.
Qatar Airways, which was recently named the world's fourth best airline started the month of October with new flight connections for its passengers: The airline introduced a third daily flight to Cairo and the flight connection from Medina in Saudi Arabia to Doha resumed with four weekly flights.

With the Resumption of four weekly flightswhich are operated with an Airbus A320 that can comfortably seat around 144 passengers, will also offer flight connections to the over 140 Qatar Airways destinations worldwide.

Further revivals are also planned for the near future: As of November 23, 2021 flies Quatar Airways four times a week to Luxorfollowed by two flights per week to Sharm El-Sheikh from December 3, 2021. Qatar Airways offers a total of 34 weekly flights from Hamad International Airport to Egypt. The flights to Luxor and Sharm El-Sheikh are operated by an Airbus A320 with 12 seats in First Class and 132 seats in Economy Class.
