If you want to try the best burger in the world, you have to go to Spain: Hundred Burgers in Valencia has topped the rankings in "The World's Best Burgers 2025".
Valencia now has a second signature dish: Their burger chain Hundred Burgers has been named the best burger restaurant in the world by "The World's Best Burgers 2025", a list by the Swedish platform burgerdudes. Rating over 900 burger restaurants in 63 countries, criteria such as meat quality, origin, design, ingredients, bread, and extra topping were taken into account.
The jury particularly highlighted the dry-aged beef, the homemade brioche buns and the proprietary barbecue sauce, which set Hundred Burgers apart from the global competition. For the first time in the history of this ranking, a restaurant outside the USA took first place.
Second place went to the London chain Bleecker Burger – London made a strong showing in the ranking – closely followed by Black Bear Burger, also from London. You can find the whole list here.
