Aerial yoga classes are held twice a week, on Mondays and Wednesdays. Here, guests learn in a skillful way and with the help of a soft and elastic yoga cloth (hammock) to assume difficult positions while (in a positive sense) losing the ground under their feet. The retreats are led by personal trainer Claudia Lederer from Munich, who has been teaching yoga exclusively since 2003.
The silk hangs from the ceiling in a loop like a hammock and helps you perform acrobatic feats without completely exhausting yourself. The idea is much more to calm down when using the silk, to bring body and mind into balance and to feel light as a feather. And this also has a positive effect on the body: joints and spine are relieved, the cardiovascular system is strengthened, tissues are massaged and hormones are stimulated. In addition, strength and balance are promoted.
In addition to the yoga classes, Parkhotel Egerner Höfe is known for its excellent wellness program. The 1,500-square-meter Mangfall Spa includes a 20-meter-long pool where you can not only dive in, but also swim in the outdoor hotel park and daydream against the panoramic backdrop of the surrounding mountain landscape. In the sauna area it can be relaxed besides delightfully. Individually tailored massages and treatments with high-quality products round off the offer.
After the daily yoga classes and the end of the day in the spa, you return to your retreat, one of the noble suites or a cozy double room.
