Aperol Fizz
A classic fizz is made with gin but this version with Aperol comes highly recommended!
| Ingredients | ||

| 50 | ml | Aperol |
| 20 | ml | gomme syrup |
| 30 | ml | lemon juice |
| 1 | egg white | |
| soda water | ||
- Put all the ingredients apart from the soda water into a shaker filled with ice and mix vigorously.
- Strain into a tumbler filled with ice cubes and top up with soda water before giving it one last stir.
