Ingredients
5 Ardbeg 10 years old
2 lemon juice, freshly squeezed
2 honey water (see recipe below)
1 pinch(es) Angostura Bitters
15 fresh ginger

Preparation:

To make honey water, mix equal parts of honey and water, strain.

Muddle the ginger in the shaker.
Shake the ingredients, double strain the drink using the strainer and a fine strainer in a tumbler over ice.
