Ardbeg Penicillin
A creation by the head bartender Lukas Hochmuth from The Ritz Carlton in Vienna.

| 5 | Ardbeg 10 years old | |
| 2 | lemon juice, freshly squeezed | |
| 2 | honey water (see recipe below) | |
| 1 | pinch(es) | Angostura Bitters |
| 15 | fresh ginger | |
Preparation:
To make honey water, mix equal parts of honey and water, strain.
Muddle the ginger in the shaker.
Shake the ingredients, double strain the drink using the strainer and a fine strainer in a tumbler over ice.
