Bubble Beast
The smoky Ardbeg whisky is perfectly combined with tonic, carrot juice and basil in this exciting creation.

| 50 | ml | Ardbeg Wee Beastie whisky |
| 15 | ml | walnut liqueur |
| 30 | ml | carrot juice, acidified |
| 5 | ml | tonic syrup |
| 60-90 | ml | soda water |
| 1 | pinch(es) | salt |
| basil | ||
| saffron | ||
Preparation:
- Mix all ingredients and pour into a highball glass. Stir gently.
- Add ice.
- Top up with soda water and garnish with basil and saffron threads.
