The perfect recipe for a winter-inspired caffeinated cocktail

Ingredients
40 ml Dark rum
40 ml Espresso
15 ml Gingerbread syrup
2 splash(es) Chocolate bitters (optional)
  • Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice in a shaker.
  • Strain into a chilled coupette glass.
  • Finish with a dusting of freshly grated nutmeg and garnish with a star anise or a twist of orange zest.
