Hennessy Ginger Old Fashioned
With Hennessy VS and ginger, a sophisticated combination of the classic cocktail is created.

| 6 | cl | Hennessy VS infused with ginger |
| 0.5 | cl | honey syrup |
| 3 | cl | Angostura bitter |
| 1 | slices | dried orange |
| 1 | slices | ginger |
Preparation:
Fill a tumbler glass with ice. Mix 3 cl of the Hennessy, honey syrup and Angostura Bitters in advance. Mix vigorously and then add more ice and the remaining 3 cl Hennessy.
Mix again and decorate with a dried orange slice.
