Kiwi-Black Pepper Margarita
Serve this margarita creation containing kiwifruit and pepper to treat your guests to a different cocktail experience.

| 60 | ml | Sierra Antiguo Plata Tequila |
| 20 | ml | Giffard Triple Sec |
| 30 | ml | lemon juice, freshly squeezed |
| 50 | ml | kiwifruit puree |
| 1 | teaspoon(s) | black pepper |
Preparation
- Soak a teaspoon of crushed black peppercorns in Sierra Antiguo Plata for about an hour.
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a Margarita glass. Decorate with a slice of kiwifruit and sprinkle of black pepper.
