Kiwi-Black Pepper Margarita

Serve this margarita creation containing kiwifruit and pepper to treat your guests to a different cocktail experience.

Ingredients
60 ml Sierra Antiguo Plata Tequila
20 ml Giffard Triple Sec
30 ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
50 ml kiwifruit puree
1 teaspoon(s) black pepper

Preparation

  • Soak a teaspoon of crushed black peppercorns in Sierra Antiguo Plata for about an hour.
  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes and shake vigorously.
  • Strain into a Margarita glass. Decorate with a slice of kiwifruit and sprinkle of black pepper.
