| 60 | ml | Volcán De Mi Tierra Tequila Blanco |
| 20 | ml | lime juice |
| 20 | ml | agave syrup |
| 40 | ml | grapefruit juice |
| 1 | pinch(es) | salt flakes |
| soda water, grapefruit flavoured mineral water or grapefruit soda | ||
- Pour the tequila, lime juice, agave syrup and grapefruit juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake and strain into a highball glass over ice.
- Top up with grapefruit soda or mineral water, garnish with grapefruit wedge and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
