Mango Fire
Enrico Wilhelm, one of the great trendsetters for Asian style cocktails, presents a recipe with chili.

| 5 | cl | Grasovka vodka |
| 1 | cl | fresh lime juice |
| 1.5 | cl | Riemerschmid cane sugar syrup |
| 5 | cl | mango nectar |
| 3-4 | leaves | kafir lime leaves |
| 1 | piece(s) | chilli pepper, or 2-5 mm (depending on spiciness preferred) |
| 1 | chilli pepper (garnish) | |
Preparation:
Lightly press the kafir lime leaves and a piece of chilli pepper in the shaker with a muddler. Add other ingredients. Shake everything vigorously with ice cubes and strain through a tea strainer. Garnish with a chilli pepper.
