The combination of fine saffron and sparkling champagne finally becomes a sparkling dink.

Ingredients
3.5 cl homemade orange saffron spirit
3.5 cl (barrel-aged) Campari
6 cl Fever-Tree ginger ale
10 cl rosé champagne
  • Pour all ingredients into a champagne glass with two ice balls and garnish with an edible flower.

Preparation of orange saffron spirit

  • Macerate 500 ml orange spirit with 1 g real Iranian saffron for 1.5 hours, then filter.
