Persian saffron champagne
The combination of fine saffron and sparkling champagne finally becomes a sparkling dink.

| 3.5 | cl | homemade orange saffron spirit |
| 3.5 | cl | (barrel-aged) Campari |
| 6 | cl | Fever-Tree ginger ale |
| 10 | cl | rosé champagne |
- Pour all ingredients into a champagne glass with two ice balls and garnish with an edible flower.
Preparation of orange saffron spirit
- Macerate 500 ml orange spirit with 1 g real Iranian saffron for 1.5 hours, then filter.
