Zacapa Old Fashioned
A simple drink that will nonetheless impress your guests, and is perfect for celebrating special moments together!

| 50 | ml | Ron Zacapa Centenario 23 rum |
| 5 | ml | sugar syrup |
| 1 | pinch(es) | aromatic bitters |
| 1 | pinch(es) | chocolate bitters |
| grapefruit zest (to garnish) | ||
| dark chocolate (to garnish) | ||
Method:
- Pour Ron Zacapa 23, sugar syrup, aromatic bitters, chocolate bitters into a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir well then strain over ice into an Old Fashioned glass.
- Squeeze grapefruit zest over the glass and finally grate some dark chocolate over the drink.
