In Geneva's former slaughterhouse neighbourhood, La Cantine des Commerçants interprets Basque cuisine in a modern and unpretentious way. The small, urban dining room is simple, the dishes are aesthetic and creative. Only one thing remains constant on the menu: the chef's Gâteau Basque.
