Self Description
The first restaurant by Copenhagen Food Collective, opened in 2004 and has been an important part of the restaurant scene in Vesterbro since then. Both the food and the decor is full of contrasts; the rustic and the elegant, the simple and the complex. The focus is on local ingredients, prepared in the way they shine brightest, with inspiration from many different areas of the gastronomic world map. All dishes are served as small plates, allowing you to taste more of the menu, which changes regularly according to season.
