Amaro Generoso ist als Bitterlikör gewissermassen die perfekt gelungene Neu-Interpretation des bekannten bittersüssen italienischen Amaro-Likörs – ein besonderer Amaro für Kenner. Der Amaro Generoso Riserva Speciale stammt aus dem Valle di Muggio im Tessin, dem südlichsten Tal der Schweiz. Das Wermutkraut und die weiteren Kräuter für den Likör stammen aus lokaler Sammlung und aus biologischem Anbau. Dieser Amaro Generoso Riserva Speciale ist ein einzigartiger Amaro, den Geniesser sowohl als Aperitif wie auch als Digestif zu schätzen wissen. Diese "Riserva Speciale" aus Sagno im Valle di Muggio besticht durch Zartheit und ausbalancierte Harmonie, welche sich zu einem intensiven Geschmackserlebnis entwickelt. Es beruht auf einem besonderen Rezept, das eine lange Mazeration und Reifung ermöglicht. So können sich, als Ergebnis der einzigartigen Herstellung, die Aromen von Salbei, Lorbeerblättern, Eisenkraut, Lindenblüten, Kamille, Minze, Thymian und Fenchelsamen perfekt vermählen zu einer vollendeten Kompositio

An intense herbal aroma with notes of sage, chamomile, wormwood and bay leaf - appears pure and complex. Clearly sweet on the palate with beautiful, surprisingly fresh aromatics and fitting, harmonious bitterness in the long finish.
