Der Barbaro Apéritif ist ein Tessiner Original-Bitter, der auf natürliche Weise nur mit Kräutern, Blumen, Früchten und Wurzeln hergestellt wird, die nach den Richtlinien des biologischen Landbaus im Tessiner Sagno kultiviert werden. “Il Barbaro” ist ein freier, authentischer Spiritus mit starkem Charakter, der dank der zarten Zitrusnoten der Orangenschale und der Intensität des Rhabarbers spontan und frisch bleibt. Seine authentische Formel erneuert mutig die große Aperitifkultur und öffnet den Weg für eine überraschende Vielfalt faszinierender Kombinationen. Der L’Aperitivo Barbaro Bio wurde von der Tessiner Bisbino Sarl entwickelt, welche ebenfalls für den Erfolg der Bisbino Gins sowie der Amaro Generoso verantwortlich sind.

Very balanced aroma with notes of orange and herbs such as fennel, sage and wormwood, discreet hints of white flowers. Sweetish and also harmonious on the palate with concise, appropriate bitterness and nice length.
