Obstler Unser Bio Obstler zählt zu den berühmten Klassikern. Mostäpfel und Mostbirnen aus unseren eigenen Obstgärten werden gepflückt, gewaschen und dann mit der Rätzmühle zerkleinert. Die Apfel-Birnen-Maische wird langsam vergoren und nach abgeschlossener Gärung schonend destilliert. Geschichte Die Geschichte hinter dem Obstler beginnt sehr früh. Es wird vermutet, dass der Obstbrand vor mehrern hundert Jahren zum ersten Mal gebrannt worden ist. Es war nicht nur eine Möglichkeit das Obst haltbar zu machen, sondern auch ein wärmendes Getränk für die kalte Jahreszeit zu erzeugen. Mit der Steigerung der Qualität wurde erst vor wenigen Jahrzehnten begonnen. Mittlerweile ist der Obstbrand mehr als nur eine Verwertung von Resten, nämlich ein Edelbrand mit auserlesenen Obstsorten. Servierempfehlung Am besten genießt man den Obst-Edelbrand bei Raumtemperatur, zwischen 18 und 20°C.

A fruity aroma with juicy hints of fresh pomaceous fruit envelops the nose. The palate is correspondingly juicy and is accompanied by an elegant fruity spiciness. Very nice length.
