Transparent, colourless. Delicate vegetal notes of freshly cut grass and pine cones on the nose, reminiscent of gentian roots and meadow herbs, delicate floral aftertaste. Balanced and fine on the palate, again with a vegetal touch, shows a certain juiciness, slightly burnt on the finish.
