Slightly cloudy, light yellow colour. Intense aroma of the best blossom honey, with juniper and savoury notes in the background. Distinctly sweet on the palate. The honey is more of a supporting player here and the juniper is in the foreground. Finishes long with a pleasant, camomile-like tartness that softens the sweetness.
