Unmistakable tones of barrel ageing overlay a core of light apple notes. Also vivid in the flavour: milk coffee and tonka bean. Gentle attack on the palate, which, with cinnamon and strudel leaf, results in almost liquid apple strudel. For Caffé Gourmand!
