Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Fragrant and a bit yeasty in the first impression, some roasted hazelnut and vanilla pulp join in. On the palate there are complex traces of fine tart cocoa. Tight but delicate finish.
