Harmonious, elegant nose, dried and cooked plum notes, some caramel and savoury hints of oak, subtle bitter almond. Slightly sweet, soft and harmonious on the palate, again showing ripe fruit flavours and a lovely smoky spiciness. Has a certain grip that provides structure. Lingers for a long time.
