Very savoury and spicy aroma with clear notes of thyme, plus some ginger and nuances of cucumber. A slight spiciness develops on the palate too, which frames the strong and slightly bitter notes of Mediterranean herbs, with thyme again present. Spicy and fresh body. When mixed with tonic, the savouryness comes through well and a slight spiciness provides a stimulating mouthfeel.
