Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Sweetish on the nose with elderberry, some candied pineapple and a touch of juniper. Soft and balanced on the palate, the fruit appears again. Towards the finish there is a dry spiciness.
