Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Strong nose with typical juniper, plus dried lemon zest and savoury background notes. Quite savoury on the palate, citrus comes out well. A hint of ginger in the finish.
