Tasting Notes

94
Tasting from 24.10.2025: Alexander Thürer, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Hermann Botolen

The nose reveals the variety - that's how it should be! Light and dark berries, some cassis, also grassy-green notes and lots of citrus, especially tangerine, backed by an engaging herbal spiciness. Pleasantly soft and mild on the palate, again very fruity. Lingers for a very long time with notes of orange blossom.
