Marc is a fruit brandy made from the residue of wine production, particularly grape skins and seeds. After fermenting these residues, distillation takes place to capture the typical aromas of the grape. In contrast to pomace brandy, Marc offers a clear flavor profile that reflects the character of the grapes used.
