Ripe, fruity nose of marc. Quince, candied citrus fruits, plus a fresh spiciness that is almost reminiscent of cognac in combination with the ripe fruit. Very soft and mild on the palate, slightly fruity. Again, absolutely harmonious aromas with fruit and barrel notes. Lingers for a very long time.
