Tasting from 24.10.2025: Alexander Thürer, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Hermann Botolen

Typical fresh, citrusy and slightly green aromas rise from the glass, along with a certain spiciness. On the palate, notes of ginger and lemongrass, a touch of sweetness adds to the body. The spiciness develops slowly and lingers on the finish.
