Der formvollendete »Nordés Atlantic Galician Gin« basiert auf der spanischen Rebsorte Albariño, dessen Destillat durch Mazeration von 11 Botanicals verfeinert wird. Sechs davon sind Wildkräuter der Region: Salbei, Lorbeer, Zitronenkraut, Eukalyptus, Minze und die Meeresalge Salicornia, die Nordés sein charakteristisches balsamisches Aroma verleihen. Vollendet und abgerundet wird dieser revolutionäre Gin mit fünf Botanicals aus Übersee: Wachholder, Ingwer, Kardamom, Hibiskus und schwarzer Tee.
