Neben den Wacholderbeeren sind es vor allem die südsteirischen Äpfel und der oststeirische Holunder sowie Zitrone und Orange, die prägend für den Geschmack des STIN sind. Die klassischen Zutaten Kümmel, Koriander, Ingwer, Kardamom und Pfeffer tragen ebenfalls zum Facettenreichtum des Classic Proof bei. Um die Aromenvielfalt zu erhalten, wird er schonend destilliert – im Kupferkessel und in kleinen Chargen. Nach der Destillation wird der hohe Alkoholgehalt mit steirischem Quellwasser auf 47% herabgesetzt. So entsteht ein London Dry Gin ohne Zusatz- und Konservierungsstoffe. Durch eine minimale und dadurch besonders schonende Filtration, bleibt ein Maximum an ätherischen Ölen aus Wacholderbeeren und Zitrusfrüchten erhalten. Diese Öle lassen den STIN beim Mischen trüb werden und verleihen dem Classic Proof seinen einmaligen Geschmack. Der STIN Classic Proof ist eine wunderbare Grundlage für Cocktails oder Longdrinks, aufgrund seiner feinen Struktur aber auch pur auf Eis zu empfehlen. Enjoy!

A very full olfactory experience with lots of tart juniper notes, lavender and a hint of fresh apples. On the palate, caraway-like savouriness that continues to build towards the finish. Fresh, dry finish.
