Tasting from 24.10.2025: Alexander Thürer, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Hermann Botolen

Wonderfully typical, earthy notes on the nose, dark fruit, herbs, juniper and a hint of mint complete the picture. Deep and with a beautiful balance of acidity, fruit, subtle sweetness and savoury elements, it enters the tart, fruity middle section with an earthy, marzipan-like dimension. The finish is slightly acidic, fruity and tart.
