Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Subtle smoky notes with roasted sesame and an Oloroso sherry aroma. On the palate, the dry note becomes stronger, slight hints of candied orange peel, followed by strong Assam tea.
