Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

The nose is carried by oak and vanilla, with floral tendencies underneath. Quite a dry texture with plenty of tannin, peppery notes are evident towards the finish.
