Tasting from 24.10.2025: Alexander Thürer, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Hermann Botolen

A crisp, cold smoky note on the nose initially. Behind this, with a little air, notes of oak, vanilla, cereals, a light sweetness and mineral nuances emerge. The attack is powerful and gently fruity, the smoke is well balanced; fine sweetness, vanilla, oak and savouriness carry it through to a long, slightly salty finish.
