Tasting from 24.10.2025: Alexander Thürer, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Hermann Botolen

Dense and fresh in flavour, fruity, subtly tart citrus peel is accompanied by fine sweetness. Soft, creamy and viscous on the palate. The lemon zest is powerful and naturally poised, the noticeable sweetness forms a good counterbalance. Citrusy, ethereal and sweet on the finish.
