Tasting from 24.10.2025: Alexander Thürer, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Hermann Botolen

Lively, rich notes of fully ripe apple leap from the glass. Slightly tart, reminiscent of sparkling cider and wonderfully typical. Round and full-bodied on the palate. Once again, the fully ripe apple comes through powerfully. The dry character is characterised by a good spiciness and tartness. The finish is fruity and long-lasting, with a hint of oak and caramel.
