Falstaff Wine Guide Italy 2022/23

In the 19th century, the Baron Di Pauli winery was a purveyor to the imperial and royal court. Court purveyor and sold wines to the court of the Tsar. The 9-hectare Arzenhof is used for growing Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Lagrein and Kalterersee. Gewürztraminer, Riesling and Sauvignon are cultivated at "Höfl unterm Stein" in Tramin. A classic is "Enosi Weiss", a cuvée of Riesling and Sauvignon. When it comes to Gewürztraminer, "Exil" plays in the concert of the greats. The Riesling "Dynamis" offers typical varietal notes. The Sauvignon "Kinesis" brings fruit and aromas.
