Rich, impenetrable ruby purple colour. Dense, very intense nose, like a basket of ripe, dark berries, clear and inviting, some tobacco in the background. Shows fine, dense tannins on the palate, coated in sweet texture, builds up layer by layer, very vivid fruit, long finish.
