Falstaff Weinguide Schweiz 2024/25

Blaise Duboux took over the historic vineyard in Epesses in 2010 from his father Vincent Duboux, whom he had supported in the vineyard and cellar since his youth. The trained oenologist is one of the few wine producers in Lavaux who work according to biodynamic principles and produces wines of great authenticity. He cultivates local grape varieties on five hectares, of which the ubiquitous Chasselas grape accounts for around 75 percent.
