Tasting Notes
Medium yellow. Initially somewhat restrained on the nose, after aeration, showing compact, fresh, precise fruit, notes of peach, artichoke, herbs, complex. Powerful attack on the palate, full, expansive body, with vivid acidity, mineral, aromas of ripe lemon, white pepper, and a long finish. Deep, opulent wine, still austere, but with ageing potential.
