Andreas Gsellmann's wines are made by hand and with a deep connection to their provenances. His labels show the winemaker's hands, whose gestures refer to the essential elements of his work: on the one hand, the open hand that carefully bears the word "Gols", which it seems to scoop out of the ground, as it were, and on the other, the pointing hand that indicates this provenance. In this way, the winegrower emphasises his central concerns: awareness of provenance and a focus on limited vinification created in a handshake with nature.
